Position Summary Install and train ADP assigned applications to dealership personnel at client sites to maximize the dealership’s efficiency profits sales productivity and revenue.

Responsible for training quality and completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completes installation and training of assigned product set within established productivity and quality standards.

Conducts status meetings with dealership management personnel to resolve basic problems and escalate those that are complex.

Creates installation goals and installation time lines for daily activities

Answers all install questions based upon dealer best practices and presents alternatives and recommendations where appropriate.

Demonstrates a complete understanding of and the ability to install ADP products.

Assists with the installs of products outside of trained product set.

Completes required paperwork on a timely basis.
Education Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
Supervision Received / Independence of Action Work is assigned and reviewed from time to time. Some independence of action is required as to methods and procedures to be used. Unusual situations are referred to the Supervisor.

Ability to install assigned applications without assistance.

Service Quality Strong customer service/advisory skills based on understanding of the standard application and expectations of the client.
