Quality Engineer

•Train & lead collaborative team development of various APQP principles, tools and methodologies.

•Perform internal, external product/process audits. 

•Recommend changes to manufacturing processes, methods, product designs, and equipment or inspection techniques to achieve project objectives.

•Train and support personnel at customer locations to transition products from prototype to production phase.

•Act as liaison and coordinate activities between engineering, quality and operations to implement innovative changes toward quality improvements.

•Develop, conduct, document and maintain supportive data for various project studies, maintain data bases, spreadsheets.

•Prepare various reports including recommendations and conclusions.

•Collaborate with suppliers to complete PPAP requirements per customer Supplier Quality Guidelines.

•Perform other related duties as assigned.

•Prepare Customer’s PPAP documentation for submission to customers.
