Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Generating estimates
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints
- Up Selling necessary service
- Maintain high levels of customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reynold and Reynolds experienced required
- Proven track record
- Understanding of menu selling
- Honda experience strongly preferred.
