Duties:

Besides some of the duties listed below, the number one and most important duty of all is to satisfy our customers.

• Be ready for business when the doors open
• Great customers when they arrive in the service drive
• Listen to customers and generate accurate repair orders with all of the customers concerns
• Go over required maintenance with the customer and document on repair order
• Give estimate to customer for repairs needed
• Dispatch repair orders to the service technician
• Maintain contact with customer about the progress of their vehicle
• Bill repair order to match the estimate given to the customer
• Deliver vehicle to customer with explanation of repairs and cost

Required qualifications:

• Must have valid drivers license

• No major traffic violations within the past five years
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Previous industry work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of computers and keyboards
• Professional appearance

Compensation:

·         Base salary plus commission, paid vacation, 401k program, uniforms and health insurance
