Description:
Do you have experience or advanced knowledge of social media channels or networks in the automotive industry? If so, VOLT is actively looking for individuals to work with a management team to monitor incoming correspondence from consumer affairs and social media channels such as emails, social media, internal/external web-sites, blogs, etc. and recommend the best course and channel of resolution for the purpose of maintaining consistency of answers and minimizing legal and brand image risk to our automotive client. You will develop consistent responses with input from other departments, as well as, work directly with customers as necessary, and in some cases, with the Regions and dealerships to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints. In addition, you make decisions that benefit the overall corporate goals of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty and prepare regular reports that track the volume and trends of social media contacts, as well as, perform CRM database searches and data analysis on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:
In this role a College degree is preferred, 3-5 years experience in a corporate environment with preference to experience in consumer affairs/customer service or corporate communications and experience in the automotive industry. In addition, you MUST have excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational and follow-through skills, detail-oriented, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, flexible, approachable, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Also, you must be computer proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), previous experience with Siebel CRM, Access, or QMF and advanced MicroSoft Excel, as well as, the ability to extract and analyze data and present results in an executive level presentation.
