As an Inside Sales Rep, you will partner with our client's outside sales reps, setting up executive level meetings in the Fortune 2000.  BAO offers an opportunity to earn 6 figures working 40 hours per week, with no nights, no weekends, and no travel.  A true alternative to what you normally find in a sales position!

The Roles and Responsibilities of this position include the following:

 

  • Increase our clients pipeline through demand generation
  • Introduce the values and benefits of our clients products to their targeted prospects
  • Manage/Overcome prospect objections
  • Build and establish an excellent relationship with our clients Field Sales Reps

 

The Requirements you must have including the following:

 

  • Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
  • A tenacious spirit and focus and stamina to carry you through an 8 hour day
  • Must possess the ability to deal with the moving parts of a people-oriented business
  • A passion for cold calling-must identify with and enjoy being a hunter
  • Must be receptive to coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent closing skills with executive decision makers
  • Knowledge of Windows and Outlook and comfort with navigating through a database
