B2B Sales – Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding business within assigned territory, and will achieve sales goals through referrals, leads, and sales presentations to “C” and Board level executives who are key decision makers. Through a strong referral program, there are several leads available in all territories.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for working the sales cycle and identifying all buyers within an organization
· Identify majority of leads to companies in niche market through existing relationships.
· Qualify prospects through research, available data, and contact
· Create a compelling value proposition to convince prospects of their need to learn more about services and cost effective solutions.
· Conduct various meetings with clients (initial and follow up “fact finds”, presentations, close, and transition)
· Build initial relationship with decision makers and secure referrals
· Continue involvement with client after transition
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education-
· Bachelor's degree (4 year degree) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
·
Experience-
· Two – three years of successful B2B sales / client service experience
· Experience calling on high-level decision makers
· Experience working with leasing or financial products
· Must have a current and valid drivers license
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities-
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Solid presentation skills, and the ability to influence decision makers and gain acceptance of innovative ideas and concepts
· Strong mathematical skills and reasoning ability
· Ability to explain detailed lease, financial or other documents used in performing your job
· Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment
· Resilience to and ability to handle set backs or rejection
· Knowledge of basic computer skills, standard office equipment and ability to learn appropriate software
· Presentation skills
