his Banquet Sales position involves booking high-profile, high-production events for a Las Vegas restaurant group enjoying nationwide exposure. This Banquet / Event Sales Manager will be actively networking, presenting, selling, and closing corporate and entertainment business. The ideal candidate will have 5M or more in banquet sales annually. Other requirements include:
 |  A background in upscale, trendy hotels or restaurants.
|  |  A solid contact list/book of business.
|  |  Flexibility in scheduling that would permit networking or entertaining in the evenings or weekends.
|  |  Energetic and savvy sales style.
| |  Demonstrated experience in coordinating with the Banquets Department in getting large events off the ground.
