Develop software as assigned, either individually or as part of a programming team, modify and/or correct programs and provide support for existing applications.  
 
Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science and/or 4 years equivalent work experience.

Experience:

·       Three or more years experience in systems analysis, programming, project management or systems implementation or support.

·        Must have excellent programming knowledge in BBx/Pro5, BBj, Java (J2SE, J2EE, J2ME), HTML, XML.

·        Must have strong experience using Basis’ Development Tools such as Netbeans IDE, DDBuilder and BBj Enterprise Manager. Experience with and significant knowledge of databases and data warehousing technologies, SQL, Access, JDBC.

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to learn and adapt to new/emerging technologies. 
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  
  
  

Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of applications analysis, design, development and implementation. A working knowledge of Linux, BBX/Pro5, BBj, OSAS Accounting Software, scripting language and previous related experience in the retail industry would be a strong advantage.
