Adecco is currently recruiting for BILINGUAL MORTGAGE PROCESSORS for the Plano/Frisco/rRichardson area!!!
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in any Mortgage Loan Processing Position. Loan Processor will make decisions on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits typically one-unit properties; verifies customer income documentation; resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens reconveyances; processes subordinations; resolves appraisal disputes; executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process; Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates, realtors, etc.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recommitting the loan upon file receipt
- Reviewing the loan file for completeness
- Ensuring that minimum documentation efficiencies are utilized
- Preparation of the initial disclosure package
