Training, Education, Experience
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7 or more years of related work experience. Strong revenue cycle background preferred; 3-5 years of experience in denial management; Knowledge of hospital patient access and patient accounting processes and systems; Capable of analyzing data in order to support the development of strategies to resolve issues; Knowledge and understanding of regulations for compliance, audits, denials, and appeals; Ability to identify problem and recommend corrective actions and preventative actions; Perceptual and analytical problem solving skills for identification and resolving barriers; Ability to communicate both written and orally to all levels of management across clinical and non clinical areas
