Our client, a division of a $4 Billion international services organization, is a leader in premium financial management solutions (Business Process Outsourcing) and has established itself as a key outsourcing partner for well-known multi-national companies around the world.

The company has sites in the UK, Ireland, US and China and has a need in Reno, Nevadafor a Global Operations Manager to run the back-office operations on-site and for an additional facility in the UK for one of the company’s Fortune 50 clients. This operations executive will have full operational and P&L responsibility for the back office operations in both sites and will play a significant role in managing and enhancing the relationship with the Fortune 50 client.

The position offers a very competitive base salary and is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 20%.  Relocation assistance will be provided in the form of a modest lump sum amount for those who qualify.
