BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Branch Operations Manager will provide leadership to create an environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement, a high level of service and customer satisfaction. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for, but not limited to the following essential functions:
• Ensure the most cost effective allocation of technicians, equipment and vehicles, which are to be used on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain proper protocol for scheduling and confirming all procedures, pick-ups, and de-liveries
• Coordinating of all transfer of equipment within the region, between branches and Intra Company.
• Ensure that all employees complete work orders accurately and submit within 3 days of completed procedure
• Maintain the protocol of quality assurance and continued quality improvement aspect of PRI equipment.
• Maintain the protocol of equipment and disposable inventory tracking and ordering
• Monitor and participate in all inventories as assigned by management
• Maintain computers, data base and update facility and physician preference in the Schedul-ing System.
• Annual reviews and disciplinary warnings of all laser technicians/hiring, firing and proc-essing of all Branch Employees
• Maintain technician status and qualifications as required by PRI
• Performing laser procedures when necessary, training new employees and cross
training current employees to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Maintain the protocol for on call schedules
• Maintain the protocol for the vehicle fleet service
• Develop budgets and operational plans to achieve profit and growth
• Liaison between hospitals, physicians and PRI to maximize procedures, block booking and eliminate problems and conflicts.
• Create opportunities and identify weaknesses to decrease expenditures
• Assist all sales personal with direct marketing, questionnaires, lead generating, courses, sales appointments and contracts
• Approval of time card and time off requests including vacation and float time
• Establish policies and procedures for the implementation of new operational projects
• All other duties as assigned.
The position of Operations Manager is an exempt employee.
