BUSINESS ANALYST I - 4 MONTH CONSULTING OPPORTUNITY

•Regulatory filing experience with Secretary of State Offices
•Regulatory filing experience with State Departments of Insurance
•Experience with Managed Care Plans
•Experience with Medicare Contracts
•Experience with Provider Contracts
•Strong legal research and analytical skills in: Insurance, Health, DEA and FDA
•Experience with risk tolerance analysis
•Bachelor’s degree in business or insurance and/or 10+ years insurance and managed care legislative compliance work, and product filing experience equivalent
•HIPAA privacy compliance experience
•Experience in analyzing and drafting corporate contract language
•Experience with regulators in complaint resolution and market conduct
•Ability to independently prioritize and address multiple tasks, risks and deadlines
•Strong written and oral communication skills, effective organizational skills
•Computer skills in: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, InSource, West Law, etc.
