BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST IV

Help improve operational performance by analyzing, understanding medium to complex issues, translating business needs into business/technical requirements, and coordinating resources to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• coordinating the documentation of business needs
• leading the business requirements gathering process
• conducting detailed research
• identifying viable solution alternatives
• creating and delivering work estimates to client(s)
• coordinating the creation of technical documents and high level solution designs
• developing, testing and implementing system specifications
• handling other related functions as necessary


Beyond exceptional analytical and business skills, you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 6-8 years of related IT work experience, preferably within the health insurance industry. Your background must reflect knowledge of system development life cycles, implementation methodologies, structured query languages or analysis techniques, technical architecture. Experience with QNXT and knowledge of EDI files, the universal payment system, and SQL server are highly desirable.
