BUYER/PLANNER- You'll have the opportunity to: In this BUYER/PLANNER position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Purchase, plan, and schedule materials to support assembly of IC evaluation and reference design hardware for WLAN engineering development and NPI projects.


• Works with senior staff on new supplier selection and price negotiation.


• Interfaces closely with various engineering groups, Shipping, Receiving, and Accounting, and other organizations on a daily basis to complete tasks and assignments.

Are you interested? The ideal BUYER/PLANNERcandidate will possess:

• Must be experienced in planning and buying components in a fast paced NPI/Production environment.


• Must be experienced buying/planning using an MRPII system (Oracle preferred).


• The ideal candidate must have experience working in the area of new production introduction and be familiar with manufacturing processes such as Surface Mount Assembly (SMT).
  Working knowledge of the printed circuit board fabrication and other component manufacturing processes is a plus.
