About the Job
The Bakery Department Manager has complete authority and responsibility for in-store Scratch/Mix/Bake-off combo supermarket bakery. Mid to high volume, leading bakery in community, 20+ bakery employees. Majority of sales produced by scratch/mix products. Succesful candidate replaces retiring 24+ year employee.
Requirements:
Master Baker with adequate retail bakery experience to independently and, as part of a team, maintain and expand an already exceptional reputation for outstanding fresh bakery products and services.
