Bank Compliance Officer ... make a difference in this team spirited Chicago/North Shore area Bank where your contributions and knowledge will be recognized! Bank Compliance Officer will design, implement and manage all areas of compliance, including bank policies and compliance with federal and state regulations. Additionally, Bank Compliance Officer will be responsible for the bank's Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Act Officer and Community Reinvestment Act and Privacy.

Bank Compliance Officer requirements:

• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certificate


• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline


• 5+ years experience from a financial institution or a regulatory organization such as the Fed or a Bank Certified Compliance program


• ability to effectively present information and responses to managers, customers and regulatory representatives 


• strong analytical, research, planning, organizational and communication skills


• extensive understanding of banking regulations and standards
