Job Title:Bank Reconciler (admin role)
Relevant Experience (Yrs):A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with accounting knowledge.
Technical/Functional Skills :
Reconcile 300 North America bank accounts
Reconcile cash/bank accounts.
This is done by analyzing SAP balances and bank statements.
Excel spreadsheets are also used as a reconciliation tool.
It is a key internal control to ensure cash is properly stated on the balance sheet.
Answer questions and respond to requests from APAY, A/R, Payroll, Auditors, and entity leaders.
Miscellaneous accounting responsibilities related to the reconciliation process include clearing SBDC sessions, requesting corrections, requesting general ledger accounts, setting up tables, reclassifying entries, and participating in meetings with Citibank and corporate treasury.
Knowledge of working on MS Office Tools such as Excel, Access, word is essential
Knowledge of working in SAP, will be an added advantage
