Experience Required:
Business banking – experience providing banking solutions to small businesses / owners
Lending expertise – deep knowledge of business credit programs and policies
Customer relationships – demonstrated ability to build and service a portfolio of clients
Drive for results – track record of delivering results and exceeding objectives
Leading change – proven ability to manage ambiguity and creatively solve problems in a high-growth environment
Business Credits – experience and ability to structure and package complex business credits and present to bank’s lending committee

Financial analysis relating to credit / lending decisions

Directives:
Build and manage a profitable portfolio of bank assets
Own the customer relationship and ensure delivery of banking solutions and a personalized experience
Conduct consultative selling of complex financial solutions, advising customers and structuring solutions
Execute sales and business plans to meet growth, service and profit objectives
Develop network relationships and centers-of-influence for awareness, endorsements and prospects
Monitor market conditions including customer needs and competitor actions
