The successful M Squared program manager will engage with each ambassador, develop and manage a holistic overarching program to track all activity across Wholesale, determining high priority impacts, risk and issues.  S/he will coordinate with the existing wholesale ambassadors for the various wholesale events to drive deliverable completion along with creating an overall wholesale client and team member impact summary.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;

·        Provide progress reports to LOB lead and other stakeholders on a calendared schedule

The consultant will be needed full time through the end of September 2010   Present of candidates will take place the Thursday, November 12 with interviews immediately following.  Work will commence upon selection and will be onsite in the company’s location in Charlotte North Carolina.
