


Provides quality customer service and sales by telephone, e-mail and the Company's secured website to bank customers in an efficient and highly professional manner. Ensures customer satisfaction with the support of more experienced personnel. Responds to relatively straightforward inquiries and requests regarding account maintenance, balance transfers, stop payments, statement requests, etc. Follows up with branch personnel and fulfillment unit to resolve and research issues. Accepts inbound calls, sells credit and deposit account services and educates customers on Company products. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Experience in branch sales or retail sales preferred. Strong verbal communication and organizational skills. Good written communication skills preferred. Customer service/call center experience preferred. Demonstrated sales ability including knowledge of all Company products and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills. Various Shifts. 1 weekend day and some holidays.
