About the Job
Top ranked national law firm with offices in Chicago seeks an
experienced Bankruptcy Litigation Associate for its Restructuring,
Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice group.
The Chicago office is the main office of the firm nationwide. It was
founded over 100 year ago, and represents many famed Chicago names.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-4 years of commercial
litigation and bankruptcy experience (law school class of '05 or '06
probably). The Firm handles: Secured and unsecured lending; Business
reorganization; Lender Liability litigation; workouts and creditors'
rights. Familiarity with Section 363 sales a plus. Familiarity with
representing lenders with fraudulently obtained loans also a plus.
Large-scale foreclosure litigation experience also a plus.
Strong academics and law firm experience required.
