The Bankruptcy Representative is responsible for assisting the Bankruptcy Supervisor in processing proofs of claim, monitoring bankruptcy payments on accounts, and following up with attorneys.

Previous bankruptcy knowledge and/or experience, and a post high school education is helpful, but not necessary.

A candidate will need to possess strong oral and written communication skills, be able to currently type 35+ wmp and be very detail-oriented. The ability to handle pressure while meeting critical deadlines and fostering a good team environment is necesssary. PC knowledge as well as good numeric & analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment are also required.

The schedule is generally Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm with some evenings and Saturday's which are 7am-12 noon. At the end of the month, some days can run 10-12 hours if necessary.
