Beacon Hill Legal seeks a senior labor & employment paralegal for a fast-paced, in-house role.   This paralegal will provide high-level paralegal support to the General Counsel involving many areas including labor/employment law, contracts, litigation, compliance, and consumer bankruptcy.  He/She will also be responsible for managing the legal department and providing administrative support to the General Counsel.  The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a paralegal, extensive labor & employment AND litigation experience, a Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field OR the equivalent combination of formal education, training and or experience, previous experience in corporate law department or large law firm, experience managing other paralegals or legal support staff, and knowledge of consumer bankruptcy experience is a plus.  Interested and qualified candidates, please submit resumes, with reference to job code: L35237AB, to legaljobsga@beaconhillstaffing.com .
