Beauty Department Manager-Healthy Skin Center / FLD3227
Position Description:

Position Summary:
The Healthy Skin Center Beauty Department Manager is responsible for managing and driving sales of Healthy Skin Centers while creating an extraordinary customer experience.

Sales
Meet or exceed Healthy Skin Center Beauty Department sales and service targets
Build a loyal customer base through outstanding service and attention
Suggest additional products and services to customers across the Healthy Skin Center Beauty Department (Cross selling/Up selling)
Plan and execute in-store and community beauty events
Track sales and performance
Collaborate daily with the store manager on operational and selling issues

Customer Service
Maintain knowledge of vendor products and services to assist customers with their specific needs

Human Resources
Coach and motivate Beauty department staff of 4-5 people (Beauty Advisors)
Set sales targets
Identify needs for new/additional Beauty Advisor hires
Work collaboratively with store manager and field management to create recruiting strategy

Marginal Functions
Assist team with department resets, planograms, and overall store appearance/maintenance

Qualifications:

Minimum two years work experience in retail type environment
  • Demonstrated interest in beauty products
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong interest in sales commission environment>
  • Previous sales experience in retail type environment preferred
  • Cosmetology license preferred
