Behavioral Health Marketing / Sales / Business Development Associate

AssistedCare is seeking a creative and energetic individual for the position of Behavioral Health Marketing / Sales Associate.  This position is responsible to plan and increase opportunities to market and promote full spectrum of AssistedCare’s Behavioral Health Services.  Develops and maintains professional relations within the community to facilitate opportunities to communicate the availability and benefits of agency-wide services as well as provide education.

As a Behavioral Health Marketing / Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating referrals for home care by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, public health agencies, managed care organizations and other community resources. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Familiarity with Behavioral Health concepts and system of care is a must.

Requirements:     

• Must either be a Qualified Mental Health Professional or a Social Worker
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Behavioral Health field with case management experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year business development/marketing experience.  Behavioral Health sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, time sensitive and results-oriented environment.

**Please note that this position requires daily travel in New Hanover and surrounding counties.
