Manager is looking for a communication expert who is Well
organized, detailed skilled, self motivated, excellent at working alone to
create, maintain documentation.



 



Most critical skills are: Project Coordinator, PMI certified, MS
Project skill, Lean green belt six sigma.



 



80% of work will need to be performed onsite.



 



PMO
Coordinator will maintain the plans and detail tasks associated with the SAMS
RFP work stream. The PMO Coordinator will coordinate tasks, management and
documentation and adhere to governance model. 
The objective of this role is to ensure and maintain standard collateral
for project management and project delivery and achievement of program
objectives across the world-wide project.



 



 



Job Function



 



·        
Establish
and lead process for global coordination of details and resource capacity
management, and timelines.



·        
Coordinate
team in ongoing reporting of project performance (status, risk and benefit
realization) and financial management.



·        
Coordinate
ongoing communication of project task pipeline.



·        
Program
/ Project Governance.



·        
Administer
and facilitate mechanism(s) for ensuring high-quality program/project delivery
and ensuring cross-program risks. and interdependencies are identified and
resolved.



·        
Facilitate
program/project decision making, risk mitigation and trade-off analysis.



·        
Set
quality standards for program/project delivery.



·        
Performance
Management.



·        
Establish
measures by which the IT function can monitor and benchmark project project
performance.



·        
Establish
and lead process for managing and monitoring performance metrics and project
performance.



·        
Drive
and communicate reporting for leadership on target metric achievement, project
status, costs, trade-offs, risks, etc.



·        
Identify
and communicate key performance gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.



·        
SDLC/PMLC
Standards, & Knowledge Management.



·        
Drive
industry standards and best practices



 



Oversee standards and
mandate to:



 



·        
Maintain
program/project management and PMLC methodology.



·        
Manage
and track compliance with processes and policy.



·        
Drive
knowledge management practices and implement knowledge management capabilities.



·        
At
least 7 years of IT experience including managing complex projects
implementation, and maintenance of large-scale IT programs with at least 5
years of experience in project management and at least 3 years of experience
being part of a global program management office.



·        
Pharmaceutical
industry knowledge with detailed experiences in large program management is a
plus.



·        
Demonstrated
ability to drive: Documentation, - measures and metrics, Risk management,
Quality control, Change control, Resource management and budgeting.



·        
Demonstrated
competency in delivering strong project management documentation.



·        
Track
record of executing technical and analysis 
of various PMO life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly
desirable).



·        
Demonstrated
experience of multi-disciplined, high-performance work teams/groups.



·        
Proven
track record of creating, and managing initiatives, programs, and projects in a
large and highly Matrixed Corporation is a plus.



 



TECHNICAL SKILLS



 



Knowledge
of project management, resource management and portfolio management tools (e.g.
MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
