HealthCare Resolution Services, Inc. currently seeks a Beneficiary Services Representative to work at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Summary:

This individual serves as the Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO) in the Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) program.  Providers information to active duty and Reserve Component members (Reserve and Guard) and commanders on program requirements, military benefits, legal rights, and the appeals process.  Coordinates Aeromedical evacuation or other patient travel requirements, Temporary Disability Retirement Listings (TDRL), fitness for duty determinations, lines of duty and other program requirements related to the Disability Evaluation System (DES).  Provides PEB findings to service member and medical staff.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in business administration, management or healthcare
• Two years relevant work experience
• Military experience and knowledge of TRICARE
