Benefit Analyst in a fast paced, team oriented corporate headquarters located in Stamford CT. The position is responsible for administration of benefit programs including development and administration of Defined Benefit and 401(k) Plans as well as Health & Welfare plans. Act as a liaison with carrier representatives, collaborating with multiple vendors, and interacting with field HR and employees.
Required Experience:
Three to Five Years of benefits experience including experience with Retirement Plans. Strong financial aptitude and detail oriented.HRIS Experience (ADP Enterprise a plus). Excellent Computer skills including advanced skills in Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills and practice high level customer service.
Must demonstrate maturity, good judgment and discretion, integrity and ethics. Collaborative, team player who is willing to roll-up their sleeves.
