This newly created and unique role offers you the opportunity to make a difference at both the tactical and strategic levels, and to join a stable government contractor with more than 30 years of growth and success. You will join just as we move our corporate offices from California to a brand new, attractive facility in Clarksville, Tennessee. You will oversee administration of all benefits in multiple sites, coordinating with local HR representatives, including maintaining the right strategic balance between controlling costs and maintaining our competitive ability to attract and retain top quality talent. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant benefits management experience, including delivering standup presentations to employees. We're looking for a professional who is willing to "roll up the sleeves" but also brings ingenuity and foresight to developing and implementing benefits strategy. Experience promoting proactive wellness programs is a strong plus.
