Insurance Verification Representative

Responsibilities for our Insurance Verification Representative include:
Our ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with payors and customers, as well as be eager to learn and want to advance their career. Previous knowledge of funding guidelines, Medicare, Medicaid, private insurances, HIPAA compliance and EOB/procedure codes is a plus.
A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications is required.
1st and 2nd shift positions available.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to verify a high volume of orders, utilizing a combination of online tools and outbound phone calls.
