Requirements/Skills:

Ability to Speak and write in Spanish fluently. 1-3 Yrs experience working in a large scale, multi-system / multi platform bilingual Datacenter / Command Center environment. 1-3 Yrs in an AS400 / i-Series system environment. 1-3 years experience working with Robot Console, Schedule, and Alert. 1-3 years experience using BRMS (Backup Recovery Management System). Ability to initiate and administer Restricted State Backups

Perform basic tape restore/save functions.1-3 Yrs experience working with Automated Operations or equivalent. Solid knowledge of AS400 / i-Series Operating System (OS), operating toolsets / functionality. Experience with Network protocols / configurations (SNA, TCP/IP, Server LAN and WAN) a plus

Description:

Monitor daily processing and identify,  escalate and assist in the recovery of  all batch processing in a multi-system / Business environment to ensure all Quality Initiatives (QI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved daily. Execute and assist in predetermined Applications, Business, and Technical Services implementations into the AS400 / i-Series and Command Center platforms. Ability to communicate fluently both written and verbally in Spanish.
