Job Description Summary


 



  • Full-time, bi-lingual Account Coordinator needed to oversee our Latin American/South American market

  • This position is responsible for processing all customer service and sales related transactions

  • This position serves as the primary point of contact for the client to ensure that client needs are met and client satisfaction is achieved

 


Responsibilities


 



  • Manage the day to day relationship with existing clients

  • Assist in the development of creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs

  • Identify new opportunities and contacts within the Latin American/South American marketplace

  • Manage sales plans for existing accounts that maximize penetration and retention

  • Collaborate with Interior Designers and Architects to provide solutions that meet client’s functional, aesthetic and budgetary requirements

 


Requirements


 



  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience within the Interior Design industry preferred

  • Must be detailed oriented

  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills

§  Ability to work in a team environment


§  Maintain an awareness of current advertising, promotions, products and catalogues


§  Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business management or related field preferred, and/or a min. of 3 years customer service/sales experience
