Bi-Lingual Call Center Customer Service Representative

Seeking candidates with strong customer focus, excellent verbal communication skills, and a passion to build lasting relationships with both customers and their peers.


ABOUT POSITION


Basic Functions:

      • Providing excellent service to customers.
      • Informar al cliente sobre nuestros servicios, ubicación de tiendas o dudas. Inform the customers about our services, locations of stores or concerns they may have.
      • Registrar los reclamos de los clientes. Record customers complaints.
      • Dar seguimiento a los reclamos hasta su total solución Follow up on claims until finding a solution.
      • Enviar reclamos de los Clientes a las Empresas prestadoras de servicios. Send complaints from customers to the companies who provide the services.
      • Informar a los clientes el resultado de su reclamo. Inform customers the outcome of their claim.
      • Procesar reembolsos diversos a los clientes. Various processes and refunds to customers.
      • Realizar llamadas a los beneficiarios para aclaraciones. Call beneficiaries for clarification.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One - Two years of previous customer service experience in a call center setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high degree of professionalism.
• Excellent verbal communication and self-motivated work habits.
• Excellent customer service; skilled at problem resolution.
• Basic computer knowledge: of PC applications.
• Attention to detail.
• Produce high volume of inbound check cashing calls.
• Determining the origin of the authorization codes (override) in check cashing operations.
• Filling and updating the different formats of internal control.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish Required


Position Condition:
Overtime Eligibility: Eligible (Nonexempt).

Check Cashing Product Manager
