Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Correspond with appropriate Lightyear departments in the pre-sale and post-sale process on all orders to ensure smooth turn-up and delivery of service.
2. Oversee additions, moves and changes to Lightyear Wireless accounts as needed.
3. Work rejected tickets and provision accounts.
4. Process credits and Billing for Lightyear Wireless accounts.
5. Update and manage internal systems.
6. Attend sales conferences and training, deemed necessary by Management
7. Assist Lightyear Wireless Representatives and Agents in understanding Lightyear Wireless products and services.
8. Able to explain the Lightyear commission plan to Wireless Representatives.
9. Process orders for new Lightyear Wireless Representatives and Agents.
10. Assist in implementation of new products and services developed by Lightyear Network Solutions.
11. Assist in translating calls and documents for Customers, Representatives, Agents and other Departments within Lightyear.
12. Ability to communicate information on new products, services and processes.
Job Specifications/Experience:
1. Must be fluent in speaking, writing and reading in Spanish and English.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent
3. Prefer 1 to 2 years previous customer service experience
4. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations
5. Handle multiple projects simultaneously
6. Must have experience working on a computer
7. Previous Call Center experience, a plus
