Teleflora, the world’s largest privately owned floral wire service firm, is seeking individuals with 1-2 years Customer Service/Call Center experience.
Responsibilities include taking a high volume of telephone calls to review and/or resolve customer complaints/concerns in an extremely demanding environment. You will use your decision-making skills to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the consumer, identify and respond to buying opportunities, while maintaining relationships with member florists, agencies and vendors. Your strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and strong attention to detail will be utilized daily in our fast-paced environment. Teleflora's service oriented environment is one primary reason why we are so highly successful. Full Time and Part time positions available. Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish
Knowledge/Skills:
· Ability to make decision with little direction
· Strong attention to detail
· 1-2 years Customer Service/Call Center experience
