Job Description:
Siemens Water Technologies’ inbound National Call Center, located in Hazel Park, MI, is in search of a Bi-lingual, formidable candidate with strong customer focus, problem solving, and time management abilities. This candidate will work the 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift - our third shift.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish
- at least 2 years inbound call center or office environment
with customer service experience
- Stellar verbal communication - articulate with clear
and concise speech
- Exceptional listening and writing skills
- Dependability is a must
- Computer proficiency in a Windows/Outlook
environment
- Oracle or SAP experience is a plus
- Third Shift 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
