OR 1099’S PLEASE.
W2 Hourly rate range: $18.88 to $19.58 per hour
(We also offer Salaried w/ Full Benefits – pay rate differs from above rate)
CONTRACT DURATION: long-term, on-going
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide technical assistance to remote and local users including software installation and end-user software support. Support all user desktop and laptop hardware.
REQUIREMENTS
- Absolutely MUST be fluent in both Spanish AND English to be considered for this position
- MUST be willing to relocate to Corning, NY
- Bachelor degree is MANDATORY
- Minimum 1 year experience in Help Desk or Technical related field
- Excellent customer service and people skills are required
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows NT/Windows 2000/XP)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office 2000 or MS Office XP Professional products
- Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
