Bilingual Call Center Representatives
Growing New Berlin, WI Call Center has immediate openings on all shifts. Position involves answering inbound calls in a high volume call center. You will respond to customer inquiries and provide support to customer accounts. You must also be willing to perform other duties as assigned, (i.e. faxing, filing & general administrative functions, etc.) Flexible shifts and weekends available! This is a long term, contract to hire position!
We offer full benefits upon hire!!
Working hours: All shifts available with sliding start times between 10:00am-3:00pm OR 8pm-11pm with 50% weekends.
Shift can vary based upon needs of business to 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours.
Qualified candidates will have the following skills:
-bilingual in Spanish/English required
-High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months inbound call center experience
- demonstrated verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- high attention to detail
- computer literate
