RESPONSIBILITIES
Recieve in-bound Samsung customer calls providing effective quality service for technical customer issues in an independent, timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards for customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED, basic keyboarding skills, ability to speak French and English, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
