Entry Level Customer Service Representative

We are currently searching for a highly-motivated researcher to support the investigation process.

Responsibilities will include:

·        Receiving incoming customer and client requests from customer service.

·        Determining locations for fingerprint collection.

·        Following up with vendors to obtain all related documentation.

·        Preparing and sending Welcome Packets to clients.

·        Processing prints and channeling to the appropriate agency.

·        Monitoring and maintaining call center telephone line.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone, typing, computer, and administrative skills. Must have a professional and positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The starting salary for this opportunity is $12.00 per hour. The shift for this position is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Training is provided. Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently.
