


We are seeking experienced and exceptional individuals to join our client services team in our Operations department. The ideal candidates will have a professional phone demeanor, problem solving skills, and the ability to meet and/or exceed client needs. The Financial Customer Service Representatives will also be expected to be the in-house experts on FXCM’s products and services from an Operations perspective. This role requires confidentiality, strong communication, and organizational skills. All candidates must be fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Russian, German, Portuguese, and/or Chinese. Candidates must have s strong background working in a back-office, professional customer service environment. Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): Qualifications:
