As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for cardholders around North America who have questions or need help with their accounts.  It takes some customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a high school diploma or GED.

 
Requirements:
6+ months customer service or sales experience or equivalent military experience
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
