Job Description:
Are you bilingual in French and have great people skills? If so, Adecco has the opportunity for you!

We are seeking an outstanding Temp to Hire Bilingual French Customer Service Technician to work for a growing customer on Madison's far east side. Responsibilities include: taking 80-100 calls/day to trouble shoot and problem solve customers questions regarding their exercise equipment.

Candidates must have:
* Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* Willingness to learn mechanics of exercise equipment
* Must have at least 2 years of solid customer service experience in a call center environment
* MUST be bilingual in French as this position will be communicating with customers in Quebec, Canada.
