Our  is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an opening as Program Manager to support key customer account and serve as account liaison between customer and site.

Key accountabilities/duties include:

 Responsible for managing programs involving cross functional customer-focus teams to deliver products or services to external customers for their Product Introductions.

• Plans and directs program schedules and budgets.


• Manages program through the entire product life cycle, interfacing with customer on technical and business matters.


•  Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to delivery, quality, and required business metrics.


• Must have ability to manage multiple products and multiple customers concurrently.


• Manages the coordination of activities with P&L responsibility for accounts of high complexity and impact in terms of costs, methods, and employees.


• This position does not have responsibility over product development but does have design support services management responsibility, including maximizing profitability and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in related field coupled with a minimum of 5-6 years related experience.  Previous program management in a high-tech manufacturing environment.  Must have excellent time management, team building, verbal/written communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task.  High level of ethics and credibility, goal oriented and reliable individual.
