We are currently looking to expand our operations, and will be hiring over the next few months due to this huge growth.
We are currently seeking
Full-Time Card ServicesAssociates at our Phoenix, Arizona site.
Class Starting: November 30
Training Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm (Must work one weekend day)
Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm
Starting Pay: $11.30-12.60 DOE (which will include a 6% bilingual differential and 12% shift differential)
Position Requirements:
ü 1-3 years of work experience in a related field/call center required. Previous banking or financial experience a plus.
ü Respond to and resolve approximately 75 inbound calls per day in a high-volume, fast-paced call center.
ü Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience/telephone etiquette with customers.
ü Display a dedication to providing great customer service with an emphasis on first call resolution.
ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose unique business letters and e-mails to customers.
ü Ability to accurately gather and record data.
ü Intermediate computer skills.
ü Positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
ü High school diploma required, college degree/coursework preferred.
*Must be able to read, write and speak spanish
