LogMeIn is currently looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to help contribute to our rapidly growing team! As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be expected to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew client subscriptions, and resolve customer issues. An ideal candidate will be motivated and self-sufficient with sales or service background in the following technology areas: Firewalls, VPN’s, CRM, Help Desk, and/or Remote Administration products. Your ability to effectively manage time and relationships will be the key to our mutual success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual team revenue / retention targets
- Make outbound calls to customers who are identified as “At Risk”
- Ensure all accounts have necessary information registered in the system to renew
- Respond to inbound customer account and billing inquiries (email/phone) efficiently.
- Triage and defend cancellation requests
- Defend and track lost accounts, providing detail of account and reason
- Recognize and evaluate trends to help develop programs which maximize retention
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Minimum 2 years inside-sales or customer support experience in security, VPN’s or Remote Administration space
- Demonstrated ability to successfully close deals and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated and organized with a desire to succeed as we continue to grow
- Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS or BA
