Bilingual Outside Sales Representative
About the Job
For Rent Media Solutions seeks a successful, bilingual individual to manage and further develop account base in the Greater Washington DC area. The sales representative’s responsibilities include servicing and renewing existing account base of apartment communities, along with prospecting and closing new business using a consultative method. The candidate should be a high-energy and results oriented individual. Property management experience or background is a plus. Candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish. They must have experience with territory and time management. Strong sales team management experience and developed presentation skills required. The person must possess strong, ethical business practices and has at least 1-2 years successful track record of sales in the Hispanic sector.
