We are currently looking for a Bilingual Quality Manager who will be responsible for establishing and implementing a means of total quality assurance. This individual must be fluent in both English and Spanish and be authorized to work in the U.S. for more than 1 year.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree - preferably in Engineering
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Six Sigma Black Belt or MBB
- Lean Training
- 5 - 8 years of quality or engineering and leadership experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for more than 1 year. The company is not authorized to sponsor Visas.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement a means of total quality assurance
- Provide leadership for plant scrap reduction, material review board, and material usage programs
- Provide leadership for SPC and process control improvements
- Evaluate and direct preventative and corrective actions for internal audits, external audits, and customer & QMS complaints
Compensation:
- Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience + Bonus
